Our approach

How we frame the work

Make the scale, sources and limits explicit.

The useful territorial scale

More detailed areas can reveal differences hidden by broad averages. The achievable resolution depends on source coverage, dates and comparability.

Provenance before interpretation

Official data still need scrutiny. Their definitions, missing values, time periods and suitability for the question matter. Source status alone cannot guarantee a conclusion.

Check what the method demonstrates

The documentary experiment separates retrieval, answer quality and the sufficiency of citations. A territorial project needs its own criteria and checks, defined for that decision.
